Typhoon Yolanda destroyed most of the houses and schools in the island. Simbahang Lingkod Ng Bayan and SolarSolutions Inc. in partnership with the Local Government of Capiz and Roxas City, Nina Hernandez and Alumni of Ateneo de Manila University (Fritz Lopez and friends from everywhere) installed a Solar powered clean water system with Charging station at Sition Looc, Olotayan Island. The system can produce purified water at a rate of 1920 liters a day for the fishing village. It can also charge at least 100 cellphones and flashlights a day for the community. A small step to contribute in the recovery for Olotayan Island.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
